Bad product and HORRIBLE customer service.
Bought both the Eye Brow Serum and the Eye Lash Serum. The Lash serum was basically empty when I received it, nothing came out from day one. I've left two emails for them - they have NO customer service phone line....I don't wonder why. They're clearly avoiding and don't want to deal with returns. I've since read SO MANY BAD REVIEWS of them not filling orders, bad smelling product, no response, etc.
Def regret giving them my business. My daughter, as well as two of my friends, has stopped buying their products. There are so many other companies out there that stand by their great products with great customer service.
**I see they responded that I should "Send them a message, so they can issue a replacement." Excuse me, but I've sent TWO messages already. FOR CHICS - YOU should try some basic customer service and REPLY TO MY MESSAGES. If you had ANY intention of "issuing me a replacement" you would have contacted me and done that already. This response is clearly another way a making it APPEAR like you're planning to provide help.

My only regret is not taking before photos. After 4 weeks I noticed my lashes were longer and thicker and by about 8 weeks, honestly they were amazing! This is so worth it. Also I’ve been using the brow serum and a weird empty patch I had in my brows is gone. Win win! Completely, 100% recommend this product.

As far as customer service goes, they’re so nice and very willing to help. My package came destroyed and I sent a picture and got an apology note and a new package shipped on priority. Most online services don’t care about the state of the product only the money, but I can tell that they really want every costumers satisfaction

My eyebrows were falling off, looking really bad! I've always looked for something to help them grow again. When I saw ForChics, I knew I had to try! I used them 2x a day everyday for 3 weeks, and THEY GREW BACK!
Only downfall was that at about a month, it started smelling weird, I knew it was time to order another one. Would definitely recommend!

Please do not use this product. It will cause ocular inflammation. I have only used it for three days but this morning I woke up to bulging eyes that were completely bloodshot, and I haven’t started any other products or medications. DO NOT USE.

Just got the serum in the mail....it’s SO WATERY, is it supposed to be like that? The word serum to me makes me think thick. Still going to try it to see if it works.

I ordered for eyebrow and eyelashes, just finish my first bottle, i was little nervous but it works well on my eyebrow and lashes (my lashes get longer but not full i don't know if i have to use more to make them full )????????????

You will only find high ratings for this brow and lash serum on their page. But beware. The return policy is a hassle. The advertising regarding the return policy is also not transparent. After waiting a month for my lashes to show growth, I decided to pursue a return. However, it is then that I realized that I did not take a before picture with an "imprinted date and time" on it. Really? Next time I am in the market for such a product, I will turn to Ulta or Sephora who back every product they sell 100% with no questions and asked and no pictures.

The brow product was horrible, it was defective. I followed the directions but the brow product started to smell badly. I contacted them and they offered a replacement but why would I want another serum that is going to do the same thing. This goes near your eye, no thanks. They refused to refund me stating it was past the 30 days. I had not been using for 30 days due to pandemic but regardless, the product should not smell if you are putting it on a clean face each night and storing it properly. They then said they would send me a coupon for next purchase, again I won't purchase another thing from a company that doesn't do the right thing for its customers. I found other customers that experienced the same issue and shared this with them, but they already knew this because there were too many for them not to know; that is a product defect. I wish I would have seen those reviews prior to purchase but instead I only saw the ones they have on their site. When you are looking for a specific issue, you find the others. They still refused to refund. Horrible service. Waste of money.

Holy moly!!! I have plucked my eyebrows bald for a big part of my life and have been using both the lash and eyebrow serum for a month and have my eyebrows back! And my lashes are long and gorgeous

After a few weeks of use, I have painful somewhat itchy bumps on my eyebrow. I kept touching it and then looked in the mirror and parts of my eyebrow fell OFF.
